JimCorbett Nainital VI & VII

Date:16 May, 2019 to 18 May, 2019
Theme: Nainital Trip

A picnic is more than eating a meal, it is a pleasurable state of mind.”
It has been quite rightly said that the heart of education lies in education of the heart. And a child’s heart not only seeks knowledge but also yearns for fun and frolic as well as learning through experience of new and exciting things, places and people. Keeping in mind the overall development of the students, our school provides its students a rejuvenating break from their hectic and at times monotonous routines through trips and excursions.
Another pearl in the chain of trips was added on 16.05.2019 when the students of Classes VI & VII headed towards Jim Corbett & Nainital for an adventurous fun trip. The kids boarded the AC coach at 4:30 am and started the journey. They enchanted Gayatri Mantra seeking the blessings of the Almighty. Yummy breakfast was served at Gajrola & then they checked in the beautiful Winsome Resort at 12 noon followed by lunch, visit to Garjiya Devi Temple and the mesmerizing waterfall at Jim Corbett.
Evening was made lovely by a DJ party. On 17.05.2019, the kids proceeded to enjoy the JUNGLE SAFARI by Jeep. After taking their breakfast, they moved to Nainital where they visited Naini Lake & Naini Temple, Mall road and Corbett Museum.
On 18.05.2019, the kids checked out from the Resort and were taken to visit the Dam. After enjoying the sightseeing, they started their journey back to school. It was a fruitful experience for children since learning was incorporated with fun & entertainment. They thoroughly enjoyed this trip with their peer, returning to school with wonderful memories and a rejuvenated spirit.
