Capacity Building Programme is a one day workshop on Capacity Building in CCE for Life Skills, Well Being and Health was conducted. The workshop offered a plethora of interactive and collaborative activities for the participants to lay their hands on. Right from introducing the ten life skills to interpreting them correctly and actually implementing them in the classrooms, the teachers had a lot to do, share and take home.
At Dynasty, the session began with a workshop conducted by Mr. Sunil Pathak, on ANGER MANGEMENT. He defined ‘Anger’ and elaborated how it can be self consuming.
The workshop utilizing videos and the power point presentation was structured in a way that helped all faculty members to talk and pour out their hearts through the issues, starting from personal experiences to the relevance of the organisational context.
He guided the teachers on how ‘Anger’ is a completely normal, usually healthy,& human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at school, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.

This is a very area of using technology for the purpose of making education better, fun and last longer. The teachers were told about the techniques of using this facility for the best interest of students.
In this workshop the teachers were accented with the hardware related to smart class. They got in depth knowledge of extent of curriculum in software. They also accrued the knowledge to build upon the topics more by preparing new imagery and video presentation.

IIT-JEE and NEET are being conducted by the Govt. of India. Leading institutions like Aakash, FIIT-JEE and VMC are associated with Dynasty to guide students on achieving their best in these competitive examinations.
Mr. Tarun, a professional psychologist and counsellor gave his expertise and guidance to students. He held a brainstorming session with the students and the response was great.
The senior students are trained for competitive exams like SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, IIT-JEE and medical entrance exams through special coaching programmes conducted by the members of the staff and the counsellors. The senior students have the option to appear for TOEFL , SAT examinations, which are the pre-requisites for admission to American Universities. The Library has sufficient number of volumes of reference books to help students to prepare for the above examinations.
